jammer!

De locatie en het ontbijt waren prima

De lift in het hotel was bijna niet te gebruiken omdat er max 2 personen in konden, jammer als je bovenin het hotel zit! De badkamer was een echte teleurstelling, het is gewoon letterlijk een caravan douche wat in de kamer is geplaatst, stinkende toilet en te kleine en krappe douche waar je bijna gebukt onder moet staan.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende gehabt!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super und das Personal verbindlich nett. Das Personal in der Bar war sehr nett und die Getränke haben angenehme Preise.

Das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und könnte neu gestrichen werden. Und es wäre schön, wenn man das Auto länger parken könnte nach dem ausschecken, nicht nur bis 14 Uhr.

Over priced - Never Again

Great Location and comfortable bed.

The bathroom looked like something out of the last century, one very thin towel each, no fridge and not even a glass to drink our purchased water out. Breakfast poor for the price too.

The location and lobby decoration. City center. next to good cafes and restaurants.

The room comfort, the floor was uneven and the night noises from pipes, electrical installations or infrastructure was very annoying.

Great location, clean room. Friendly staff. We were able to check in early which was a bonus.

There was no hairdryer or tea and coffee facilities in the room but it was fine for a one night stay.

Convenient stop-over, walking distance from the centre and museums.

Great location! The building is steeped in history. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Walking distance from the centre and museums. Tip; eat at the Spar mini-market near the Museum Island.

Car parking attrocious. There is a public car park around the corner, expensive but better alternative. Ask at hotel reception for a drive-out card with a discount.

My room was like I was a guest at my old aunts house Small room and tucked away Maybe because I booked the room for one person But all good and functional for my trip

Very good

The location is ideal for getting to the centre of town fast. Add to that, the breakfast was offered early enough on weekdays, which is ideal for busy visitors and it was delicious.

The WiFi connection was very poor, but at least it is in a good enough location for most phones to get signal, so data can be used. Unsure if a paid option for WiFi was offered, mostly because of reliance on data.

I really enjoyed walking around the city

The room was nice, bed was comfortable and the shower was also pretty good as well

My key got demagnetized and I didn't understand why but other than that everything was fine.

Great location to visit Groningen, but the room should be updated.

Great location, nice breakfast.

Small, dated room and bathroom. Two small single beds which were only somewhat comfortable.

the bathroom is rather small, there is no radiator, no central heating, a coffe machine or at least water heating would be plus

It was nice. The bar and restaurant was also good. The staff were courteous and welcoming.

The bar and breakfast and we were able to leave our things even after check out since they could not accommodate our late check out request.

The room was freezing. We asked for assistance from the front desk, he came to the room but wasnot able to change the room temperature.

Staff was really friendly and the location of the hotel was pretty central.
