Al meerdere maken gelogeerd. Top verblijf!

Zeer ruime zitkamer met separate slaapkamer. Inrichting zeer sfeervol oud met nieuw gecombineerd. Heel leuk gedaan!

I liked my stay in the hotel and definitely will come again.

Great location, in the center, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. Great reception staff, free welcoming drink in the cafeteria next to the reception. Very helpful cleaning staff. Very comfortable bed. Great coffee in the room. I also appreciated the presence of the mini fridge in the room.

The room was dark, I would prefer to have better lighting. Not comfortable chairs. The heating in the room was not working and it could not be fixed while we were there, so we were cold all the time. One night there was a party on the hotel's hall most probably by one of the guests, so we could not sleep.

Although we had a very nice stay I thing the price just to high in compare with other locations.

Location perfect and a lot of space, breakfast is nice to Cafe de sigaar

however the bunkbeds should be placed somehow in an other way. the sewage drains should be checked in the bathroom and toilet...are clogged.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Zimmer.

Die Lage war gut und das Zimmer sehr groß.

Wir hatten vorher um einen Aufzug gebeten und waren im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug. Das war nicht so ideal.

Mooie locatie maar de kamer viel tegen.

Prima locatie in het stadscentrum van Groningen. Lekker ontbijt bij de sigaar.

Erg krappe kamer, badkamerlamp verlicht de kamer midden in de nacht.

Wat een super comfortabele kamer; eigenlijk meer een appartement in hartje Groningen op loopafstand van alles

Zou helemaal fijn zijn als er in de parkeergarage een oplaadmogelijkheid voor de auto zou zijn geweest.

Charming hotel in great location

The Wifi was terribly slow; staff were unable to rectify the issue. Was a problem as it was a business trip and I needed the internet

Once they get aircon running it will be six stars

The location is great and the hotel has bought several old buildings and reconverted them. The room's design was contemporary, artistic and homy at the same time.

None of the rooms have aircon, which is a bit of an inconvenient. My room in the end had good ventilation so heat was not a problem,

5star! Excellent hotel and top notch staff - so friendly, accommodating, helpful and smiley. Great room with fabulous bed, very clean. Perfect central location with car park. Will be back.

i loved it! nice and beautifully situated ☺️

I didn’t like the stairs (be prepared it’s a reality of Netherlands which might come as shock to foreigners 😀) and my room didn’t have bathtube which I was looking forward to, but everything else was absolutely lovely. I even had a balcony which was nice and secluded and very quiet. room was comfortable and equipped so you could prepare your own meal if wanted. The stuff was lovely and very helpful.

Great experience in the center of Groningen

The service, the location and the style of the hotel with different houses and rooms Is fascinating and has a proper dutch vibe. The hotel is situated really in the heart of the city center and you can walk everywhere within 15 mins. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you visit Groningen.

For our comfort the bed and pillows were too soft and in the night the streets are a little bit noisy so we had to use earplugs for the night. Water pressure in the shower could have been better but anyway acceptable.

Friendly staff, great locafion and very warm, spacious rooms. The rooms are also well equipped for a perfect vacation.

Not a real critisism, but if you are traveling with elders make sure that they are not in the top floor - Dutch stairs are hard to climb and not all buildings has a lift.

I loved the location, friendliness of staff, and the cafe Sigaar

I'm not a huge fan of rooms that have an 'open bathroom'. Moreover, it would be great to have more vegan options for breakfast (e.g. a bowl of fresh hummus and some cut cucumbers and tomatoes). Thanks!

Bad value for money

No hairdryer, leaking pipe outside made lot of noise, heard music from coffeebar below, only one chair in the room, no apparent effort to make us feel welcome, no book with WiFi code and telephone number reception. Sight out of window on wall. Annoying smell when opening balcony door. We had to pay in advance.

beautiful and cozy hotel. rooms are nicely decorated and feel more like someone’s home. breakfast can be booked, it’s a bit expensive, but it’s a high quality breakfast.

we initially booked a two person room and later upgraded to a family room. this was confirmed by booking.com, but somehow did not register at the hotel. when we arrived only the two person room was available. the staff managed to put an extra bed in the room. so this is more a comment towards booking.com.

We definitely will stay in this place again, but without breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay! Bed was very comfortable, with choice of pillows, good breathing blanket. Really cute quiet apartment, perfect for 2 people. You’ll have there everything for comfortable stay.

We didn’t like breakfast, it costs 19 euros, but it’s not worth it, I would not call it a buffet table. Nespresso coffee machine, 2-3types of bread, pack of 2 cheeses, ham, boiled/scrambled eggs and yogurt with Muesli. It feels like a lot, but trust me I would better eat somewhere else for this amount. After had a food poisoning for next 4 hours 🥲
