The location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The hotel is undergoing a total renovation. The room we were assigned was a newly renovated room, which sounds nice, except that the chemical smell of off-gassing or glue was overpowering and there was no opening window. We requested a room change and had to be downgraded to a smaller older room, but it was okay for our needs. The employees were very quick to accommodate the change and credited the room cost difference back to us. I'm sure once renos are complete it will be quite nice! As with all hotels downtown we were lucky to get our car underground into a very very tight space.
