Room was small and comfortable, I liked it that we could sleep with windows open. The view over the water and the nature area was really nice. It was quiet and relaxing. pool was also nice and good temperature. I liked the breakfast and we had dinner in the restaurant, good food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We also rented bikes to do nice tour around the lake and the Onlanden nature reserve. They have 3 routes at the reception of different length.
The standard room is somewhat small and the electric charging on the slow side, if there is anything so that could be improved.

Hotel was a stunning location that we did not expect to be so beautiful. setting and facility very good.
staff could be a little grumpy on recepetion, not all but sometimes and left un attended at times.
prices very high but that could just be Holland.

Large attractive hotel, lots of parking and easy to get to.
No room service menu in the room, the payment machine in the vending area broken. And on check out nobody at the reception, waiting 10mins then left key on the desk and left.
