nice facility, right by the beach, clean and well taken care of. Good food and variety of restaurants
the family hotel (park) takes up a lot of space. The kids are everywhere. Also the Breakfast and lunch buffets opened pretty late

We booked the Star Prestige option - the room was comfortable. Rooftop pool and bar was nice.
Very easy access to beach. There are lots of activities and events planned throughout the day for the guests. Rarely saw any queues for any service. Very supportive and responsive staff. Food and drink variety was good. Spa service is very professional and is a great experience.
Would definitely recommend everyone to catch the sunrise from the beach - worth it !

The staff is very supportive but noticed that the housekeeping after knocking doesńt wait enough and enter inside almost immediately.
Food variety - may add Indian and chinese. And, the a la carte restaurants - was difficult to find a booking, this is something that can definitely be worked upon and planned in a better way to accomodate guests.
Rooftop pool (star prestige) could have been bigger and the timings be extended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entertainment was excellent, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and everything was spotless throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly comfortable.
The only downside was the beach. It wasn’t as clean as we had expected, as there was a noticeable amount of natural plant debris (seaweed and other vegetation) along the shoreline and extending further down the beach. We understand this is a natural phenomenon and not necessarily the hotel’s responsibility, but it did affect our beach experience.

We booked two direct oceanfront rooms but only received one. The second room had only a partial ocean view. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were told it was the same booking category — but it clearly wasn’t oceanfront.
They offered a bottle of champagne as a gesture, which didn’t hold much value for me as a non-drinker. I also asked about a refund or adjustment for the room difference, but they weren’t able to accommodate that either.
Overall, the hotel seems better suited for families with young children or guests looking for a party atmosphere. The facilities were nice and the staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t choose to return. There are many more beautiful and relaxing hotels on Mallorca that I’d prefer to stay at instead.
The food was decent, but could have been better in terms of quality. Portions were very large — so if you prefer quantity over quality, this might be the right fit.
It’s a great spot for families with young children, but not ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing beach escape. The beach was overcrowded and quite narrow, although the water and surrounding scenery were beautiful.
