I stayed 5 nights with my niece and nephew and my brother. We were so pleased with our stay from start to finish. The staff was outstanding. I never had an interaction that wasn’t positive. The room was comfortable and clean.
The pools and the jumpy were wonderful entertainment for hours.
The buffet was one of the best I have been to. The restaurant staff were great as well.
The hotel goes out of its way to create entertainment for everyone, such a happy place!
Beautiful beach on top of it all. ♥️

Amazing quality food selection with a 24 hour cafe open making it so convenient with kids. Location is excellent with direct access to the beach and multiple pools. Staff are excellent, friendly and professional. Truly all inclusive with no hidden costs and high quality buffet and restaurants which always felt like À la carte.. even the kids area was not loud and was always clean and somewhat calm.. I highly recommend this hotel..

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
Quite dirty and run down. The pool had a very yellow ring around it and the ground could have been kept cleaner. The glasses were normally always dirty as well as the plates and silverware.
