Tutto davvero bello!
Nulla, solo la SPA che per quanto abbia tutto (bagno turco, sauna, piscina, idromassaggio) e sia molto bella, purtroppo ha solo tre miseri lettini che rischiano do riempirsi troppo in fretta

The hotel is amazing—very clean, with lovely staff, brilliant facilities and an excellent restaurant. Everything about our stay was perfect.
The only thing that bothered us was the mosquitoes. The hotel is close to a nature reserve, so the mosquitoes were horrendous. We all got bitten badly, and even mosquito sprays didn’t seem to work.
Unfortunately, this prevented us from enjoying the hotel’s outdoor evening entertainment.
From what we understand, this isn’t a common problem throughout Alcúdia; it seems to be more of an issue on this particular side of the area.

Very good facilities, exceptional staff. Great food and variety! Near the beach (5min walk). I highly recommend. The kids love it!

mosquitoes and place not fully maintained. No taxis from the hotel. No communication from reception to dining hall re package we had purchased. Embarrassed several times in dining hall.
