We liked everything
Some of the facilities like the kids pool inflatable was not fixed and the gym air con was not working.

The staff seemed really happy and always seemed really keen to help if approached.
A bottle of fizz in our room with a note wishing my wife happy birthday; we hadn’t even mentioned it to them so they had spotted this from the booking details.
The huge bouncy ball in the pool broke, which can’t be helped. The air con in the gym is ineffective.

Staff efficient and friendly.
Food in restaurant was pretty good.
Comfortable bed.
Water in room fridge on arrival was a nice touch.
Close to supermarket.
Rooms in need of a bit of an update/refurb.
Not enough electrical sockets to charge phone/laptop/garmin. For instance, there was no charging socket near the desk which would have been useful.
No secure bike racks so had to have bikes and bike box in the room which made it a bit cramped.
No coffee/tea in room.
