I loved everything about the hotel except for the rooms. However, we arrived unexpectedly at this hotel as the House we had rented out turned out to be a complete disaster and we had to leave immediately and find the best first alternative. The hotel did their absolute best to accommodate our emergency stay and found the best rooms possible given that we arrived literally last minute. They even managed to find us two adjoining rooms, they offered us complimentary breakfast, ice cream for the kids on arrival and complimentary cocktails. The hotel staff is beyond friendly, they are great. The food is excellent and they had unexpected evening entertainment for kids which was wonderfully organized. The location on Playa de Muro was also fantastic with immediate access to the beach.
The doors to the rooms need to be changed, fixed...they make an awful noise when being opened and closed. The bathroom was not a separate room in itself, so, when one used the toilet, it was easy to disturb the other person in the room during night/early morning. The night stands could also do with a change, they were quite old.

what we liked - beach and staff - people on the resort were very nice.
the buffet gets bland after a few days - water from the shower leaks into the toilet area. The price was a bit too much or too high, not close enough to the main action of the city and other areas. They had this thing where you had only one towel and you couldn't lose it or lose all your euros. everyone had to keep looking for their towel - got frustrating after a while.
