The staff were all fantastic. Especially the animation team. The evening entertainment was very good. Lots of sunbeds and everywhere very clean.

Great location and excellent entertainment program.
On-site parking was a huge plus.
Unpleasant smell in the room; the bedsheets also had a strange odor that bothered my child throughout our stay.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping was superficial—it felt like they mopped without vacuuming first. One day, they made the bed just to check a box, without even straightening the bottom sheet underneath.
Basic amenities missing: No hair conditioner provided.
Inconvenient setup: Only one tiny trash can in the entire room (located in the bathroom).
Housekeeping issues: The fridge was dirty upon arrival. It only contained one bottle of water, which was never replenished during our 5-night stay.
Repetitive food: The food options lacked variety and repeated daily.

If I had taken my son, there was not much choice for lunch and dinner only pizza or chips.
