The property was clean, well kept, and exactly as pictured. It was spacious in our room. Beds were comfortable. The shower worked great. Also above all, the staff at Regina were so kind and responsive, always willing to help and reachable with any questions for both the property and local recommendations / taxis. Thank you for everything!

Great stay. Both room and common areas were extremely clean. Such a convenient location near the old town, the Sóller tram station and the bus station. Very easy check in process. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great
The noise is unbearable : the guests feel like they can shout all day and all night long since there is no staff. And the water piping system makes it impossible to sleep. As soon as someone flushes the toilets, or uses the washbasin or shower, you have the feeling that a whole river goes in your room, it’s so loud you can’t sleep
