Very central location, 3 min to the Liceu metro station that gives you connections to everything.
The room is rather basic in terms of furnishings and facilities (just one chair in the room and a coat rack unit with 2 shelves and some hangers), but otherwise VERY clean and the beds very comfortable.
Also we appreciated the water pressure in the shower.
Other plus points: the elevator and the fact that, although situated in a very touristy area, the room was very quiet.
The staff was very accommodating, we asked for some blankets as we arrived on a colder day, and we got them right away.
Should not complain because we got a lot for what we paid.
But, like anywhere else, some hooks in the bathroom to hang the clothes would be greatly appreciated. And also a small table in the room would be much appreciated.

Central, cheap, clean, basic, easy. Exactly what we wanted for a very good price in August.

Great location. Staff was helpful.
Allocated room on level 4 can be reached by stairs then list then external fire escape stairs. It can be a challenge when you have to carry big bags. The lift was also not always working. The stairs adjacent to the lift in the fourth floor was closed at that time due to some works.
