Single rooms are a good size, but have no safe in the room. Carrying valuables with you all the time is a pain.
Sink in shower room does not have plug closure, so cleaning contact lenses in an open sink is perilous.
Do not bother with breakfast as you can get much better further down the street. To be restricted to one small cup of lukewarm cafe con lecce is not providing good customer service.
Housekeeping of rooms is excellent. Some other staff need retraining - it is not good practice for staff to "tutt" at someone asking a question or requesting something.
There is no general relaxation area, only small inside cafe by main entrance.
Hotel is in excellent location.
