I appreciated that the staff would store the luggage if one arrives earlier than check in time.They also store the luggage after one checks out.
That there is no lift as there are some stairs.

It location on Las Rambas was excellent. Just a few blocks from the cathedral and steps from the Metro. It was inexpensive by Barcelona standards. The heating/airconditioning system worked well. Thwre was a refrigerator, microwave and teapot in the public area
My room was small and did not have a window, the public area was comfortable but also did not have a window. The hostel shows its age.

The location was good.
The furniture is quite worn out. The mattress was not the most comfortable. Overall not the coziest atmosphere.
