Clean, comfortable. The staff was very good. Especially bar team is amazing.
The buffet quality is one of the best.
There are small things that are not that important.

Very good hotel for the kids they had a blast

Plenty of pools think there was about 4-5
Shower head was in a very bad state and cut my hand had to cover it with a plastic
Live socket beside the TV with a missing front
We booked the stay with full board thinking we would get everything that all inclusive got except drinks but that wasn’t the case you have to pay at the pool bar for your food.
We had to wake up at 7:30am to make sure we wouldn’t stay without sun beds even when on your room it states you can not hold sun beds

We spent a week at the resort as a family with our two young sons (aged 4 and 6) in early April. We opted for bed and breakfast, although most guests seemed to be on all-inclusive plans. The resort appears to have been recently renovated—the pool area, in particular, had brand-new decking and furniture, which gave it a fresh, modern feel.
The facilities were excellent, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the resort’s beachfront location was a huge plus (although the beach is more stones than sand). Both the hotel and our room were spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including a made-to-order omelette station, which we really enjoyed.
Our kids especially loved the various waters slides and the kids’ club, which kept them entertained for hours. The “baby” pool is just 0.4m deep, making it perfect for toddlers.
We didn’t make use of the spa, gym, indoor pool, or the other restaurants, so I can’t comment on those—but judging by the overall quality of the resort, I’d expect them to be just as impressive.

Cleaning every day, good breakfast, great location.
The rooms are very tired. Almost all bars on the hotel are closed, and the cocktail selection is limited to three options. Breakfast on the weekend was chaos. The restaurant couldn't accommodate so many people.
