Comfortable beds, very good breakfast, very quiet at night, restaurant with good dinner options, gym, complimentary water in the room
Parking costs extra, hairdryer looked quite old and only had the "hot" mode, gym had a strange smell (perhaps just bad ventilation)

All good.
The A/C unit didn't blow cold Air no matter how we adjusted it. So it was uncomfortable to sleep. Too warm in the room.

The price was reasonable and the day time staff was helpful. We had an issue with the first room the the front desk person was very accommodating and got us another room.
The first room we had smelled like it was smoked in, especially the bathroom, it stank and the walls looked dirty. the AC also didn't really work. They moved us to another room and that one was cleaner and didn't smell, but the AC still wasn't great, though it was better than the last one. You also have to pay for parking even though it's a private lot for the hotel. The breakfast is nothing special and a bit pricey for what you get.
