Everything was excellent.

There is always some room for improvement. In the shower cabin it would be nice to have a tray to place soap and other toiletries somewhere above. I do not have disabilities, but with age it gets harder to bend over all the way :) It was snowing and as a result the floor in the lobby got wet. An aged woman almost fell because of the slippery floor. At the same time there were three members of staff at the reception. The shift manager needs to be more attentive to the wellbeing of the guests in adverse weather conditions non to mention possible liability. Few times I was able to clearly hear the guest nextdoor. I think noice isolation is not that good.

Spacious and inviting complex, starts with the parking area and extents into lobby and dining room. The room we had was, as advertised, indeed above average in size. Very good offering at the breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff (reception, house keeping, restaurant).

There was a misunderstanding with the towels, and staff failed to solve it after one request. But they did after we asked again :)

Door did not work even multiple cards issued Parking is charged, although facilities on booking application doesn’t indicate additional charge for parking. Even though pillow case was clean it had a smell like it stayed in a smoking area for a long time
