We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel’s central location was a major advantage, and we really appreciated the spacious family room. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful, even taking the initiative to ask whether we needed an additional bed for our child.
The hotel is clearly showing its age. Many areas feel somewhat dated and would benefit from renovation and modernization. The fitness room in particular felt quite worn and run-down.
