Sehr zentrale Lage und gut zu erreichen, sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück

Das Hotel besitzt eine sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten jeglicher Art. Das Personal ist höflich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und in der 29. Etage des Turms drei hat man eine grandiose Aussicht.

Nichts von Belang.

A super hotel to stay at to visit the vibrant place that is Gothenburg

Breakfast: choice excellent, great food and a fantastic start to the day. Room: small but perfectly good. Staff: all staff incredibly helpful and happy. Gothia Upper Towers Spa: spa very good place to relax for 2 or 3 hours.

With regards to the Spa and Upper Gothia Towers, you only get a discount on your entry to the spa - which is fantastic. However, you don't get any discount on your treatments, unless they have a special offer on, so check the fine print.

Mysig och trevlig vistelse. Nöjd och kommer gärna tillbaka

Bekvämt och fint. Bra förbindelse med spårvagn och buss, även att gå.

Det va lite lite svart i fogen runt badkaret annars rent vad jag kunde se. Vi missade frukosten måndag då vi trodde det var var samma tid som söndagen då receptionen bara hade nämnt den frukost tiden.

Väldigt bra frukost. Speciellt för oss allergiker. Superbra upplägg, god frukost och noggrant med att inte kontaminera.

Modern stoer hotel met veel drukte

Groot modern hotel. Zeer goed ontbijt.

Gebruik van het zwembad (bij sauna?) was niet inbegrepen. Parkeren in de ernaast gelegen parkeergarage gaat niet zeer gemakkelijk.

Bra snabbt effektivt.

Att de va 2 enkel sängar vilket gjorde de jätte jobbigt o sova på kvällen eftersom sängarna hela tiden gled isär o man trilla igenom. Helst ha en dubbel säng. och Tv’n var också väldigt blank hade inte mycket att kolla på som t.e.x youtube elr Netflix.

Frukost var bra och omrade i frukostrumet var underbar.

kommunikation i huset kan man förbättre. SPA tider var inte möligt att förboka och sa kunde bara en person en behandling (bara en therapist)

Närheten till Scandinavium, hade barnbarn med mig och det fanns mycket för henne att göra på hotellet. Lekavdelningen tyckte hon om.

Gothia Towers is the best.

It's my favourite hotel on planet earth - Liseberg my favourite place in the world. I was married to a Swedish woman from Mölndal until 2016, we lived in the UK and after divorce she moved back to GBG with our 3 year old son. I get every other school holiday with my son, me flying to Sweden to pick him up, my ex wife collecting him back from UK. Therefore our time together is very special, even more so because we didn't see each other for over 2.5 years due to COVID - I moved back in with my parents after divorce and they were immuno suppressed - so travel was out of the question. Therefore our visits are even more special. Every time I'm over I try to stay at Gothia Towers as it's just the pinnacle of hotels in our eyes. This time didn't disappoint, albeit for one day, we managed a day in Liseberg in the snow, and as ever the world's best breakfast at GT. The place is warm, clean welcoming and we're beaming with smiles for it on welcoming and exit. Thank you.

Boendet och receptionen är fantastiska.

Läget var bra och vi trivs på Gothia. Vi har bokat rum även under båtmässan.

Boendet var toppen, lunchen var toppen. Tyvärr var inte restaurangbesöket på kvällen lika bra. Baren i restaurangen var bra men det tog tid att få sitt bord och servicen var så där. Mycket besviken på spaavdelningen!!!

Fantastisk frokost på topp-restauranten! Fantastisk middag på topp-restauranten! Fantastisk badebasseng på Upper-House! Fantastisk utsikt!! Godt internett! Gode senger! Smart parkering! Perfekt!! Jeg anbefaler å spise på topp-etasjen – både frokost og middag. Og anbefaler spa-avdelingen!

Adequate. Can't fault the breakfast or very nice staff.

I stayed before and had a really positive experience. Good breakfast, nice spa (although expensive for what it is), and super nice staff. They also let me check in early, which was really great because I was exhausted on arrival.

This time it felt like the standards had fallen a bit since I was there a few months ago. Both times, staff very kindly let me check in early, however this time the room clearly hadn't been adequately cleaned or prepared (I found a slipper from the spa in the corner of the room, clearly left by the previous guest), the bathroom wasn't well cleaned, and the shower was stiff and hard to turn on. Once it was on, it dripped incessantly. I also had to pay extra as my partner decided to join me on my trip last minute (from another town in Sweden) and I had to pay extra for him, which felt a bit silly as it was a double room anyway (and he had joined in the previous hotel I was in at no extra cost).

The location was perfect for our requirements. Staff are friendly & efficient.

The cost (but this did coincide with a concert close by). The room was not worth the rate.

Mysigt och inbjudande!

Älskar hur inbjudande och dekorerat det var i lobbyn osv. Så himla julfint och mysigt. Älskade det! Rummet låg högt upp med utsikt över Liseberg som vi gick in på efter vi checkade in. Magisk utsikt!

väldigt fint hotel

lakanen va smutsig, fick en ny lakan och vi bytte de själva. väldigt kalt i rummet vi höjde temperaturen men kalt. på morgonen va en personal otrevlig jag frågade efter kaffe och dem undrade väldigt tveksam om vi va gäster i hotellet. högljudda från granne.

Minisemester på hotell med hög standard

Fräscht nyrenoverat rum med alla bekvämligheter, strykjärn, hårfön, minibar, vattenkokare, värdeskåp. Snygg modern inredning. Bekväma sängar. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Bra frukost med allt du kan önska.

Hade varit godare med hemmagjorda pannkakor eller våfflor 😊

The location is great, city centre and very close to the airport as we usually travel here for work. We chose Gothia Towers, because our favourite hotel was fully booked.

Very very dirty, dirty bed sheets, dirty bathroom and overall dusty. Our bed broke while we were sleeping…

Best romantic getaway !!!

Amazing hotel and it is getting 10 points out of 10! Starting from check in, super nice service at reception, fantastic room with top of top view to the whole Gothenburg ! We stayed on 27th floor in Tower 3. Nice modern design, everything super fresh, we got welcome drink - small bottle of Prosecco ! Very comfy beds! And of course spa! My goal for this stay was this champaigne pool in Tower 2. Amazing!
