The situation of the hotel in the city
The rooms were dated. No coffee machine in the room which I would expect these days. No tea either. Towels were poor quality. The hotel needs a refurbishment. There were no shelves & small hanging area.

Location and style and interior. Very nice reseption and the staff was amazing
Rooftop terasse. We felt extremely uncomfortable as when we got the on a Saturday at 19:30 there was 3 adult couple doing sexual activity in the pool ..there should be a security guard up there, we left very quickly and didn’t got any value for booking and paying it

No natural light in room. Dark depressing
Cleaning was hit snd miss. One day no bath mat .
