I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel the staff were really friendly and helpful. The spa was great i visited it twice during my stay, the fire room was really quiet and peaceful it was so easy to just relax, the 28th floor was a vibe good music a lot of space the food and drinks were really nice and refreshing. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The bed was very comfortable, i liked the mini bar and the staff always asked if it needed stocking up. I had a good workout in the gym the equipment was good quality. Overall it was really good i enjoyed Jacy'z and i would definitely visit again.
A bit too crowded in the spa near the sauna and steam room (27th floor). The bedroom was smaller than I thought i kept knocking into the TV when walking towards the other side of the room and there was not a chair in the room which i like to use when getting ready. but other than that i really enjoyed my stay in future i would just upgrade to a bigger room.
