The property was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Location was close to the centre activity. Great buffet breakfast.
Access to the apartment carrying suitcases was a challenge as there were steps and steep road to get to the apartment.

Everything. The staff are beyond exceptional. We had the junior suite with the spa which was lovely.

Our room had a large patio, great for sunbathing, we couldn’t have done without it. The location was perfect! A few minutes walk from central Fira and bus station. Pool area is nice enough but small.
Shower leaked really badly through into the rest of the bathroom every time, never had enough towels to dry it up as it was so bad. Bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was limited and a bit disappointing.
