Very good breakfast. Breakfast teams friendly. Location of guest house to town centre.
Door access was a pad with a code. A good idea as meant no worries about losing a key
Great shower.
Parking was hit and miss as only 5 spaces available. On street parking with permits were available and worked quite well but was a concern making us feel a bit anxious that we would end up with a fine. We had requested parking when booking and assumed this was on site at all times. It needs to be made clearer when making a booking in the description to manage expectations.
The door access was hit and miss and we often had to enter our code more than twice before we could access our room, this was frustrating.
A blind needs to be fitted in the bathroom (room 9), the window had an opaque film but you could see items stored on the window sill from outside and therefore would assume that we were also visible whilst in the bathroom.
As there was no actual host at the guest house the experience felt a bit impersonal and the breakfast team couldn’t answer any questions on the parking and all queries were automated generic responses via WhatsApp.

Accomodation clean and spacious.
Breakfast good with a good selection.
Location close to town center. Easily within walking distance.
Unfortunately thete were boiler problems which was next to our room which disturbed sleep. Owners however did their best to resolve.
