The staff were great and the shower was lovely

The staff were polite, friendly and professional. We loved the orchid restaurant. Location was great.
Our room had an outside vent in the bedroom which caused a lot of noise to come through from the outside. This disrupted our sleep and sadly ruined part of our visit to your lovely hotel. We are unsure if all of the rooms have this issue? It’s not good for light sleepers.

Pleasant room. Easy to park right outside for 3 hours each day (9am - 6pm) with a standard parking disc.
The hands-free plugs on both bath and sink needed attention
