Very comfortable bed, lovely decor. Receptionist who also served breakfast was very friendly and professional. He is definitely a bonus for the hotel.
Everything was perfect, apart from the coffee at breakfast. I think a proper coffee machine would be great rather than just filtered coffee.

Bed was comfortable
Room was very cold, we turned the radiator on and went down for dinner when we came up it was still really cold and going by the plan we had the smallest room in the hotel which I don’t understand as I wouldn’t say it was cheap, the ceiling came down at both sides of the room which was ok for me as I’m small but difficult enough for my husband when he had to get up in the middle of the night for the bathroom. The breakfast was also a let down, just a table with teas and juice, no cereal, yoghurt or pastries, staff were pleasant enough but I heard them apologise to a few customers about breakfast!
