Good location, rules on back of door say a cooked breakfast if needed is available, these need updating along with the WIFI info in the bedroom, the correct info is on the front door, reasonably clean,room was pretty small though, parking worked well with the provided permit, Kim is nice and cheerful on checkout, decorating could do with a makeover, a lot of scuff marks on walls.
