The room was dark and ambient which was good for rest. I could hear doors slamming which woke me earlier than I wanted
The room wasn’t light enough. Shower pressure could be improved. WiFi cut out several times. I ordered room service and couldn’t have my drink because there was no bottle opener

The public spaces are really nice, especially the outside areas. The staff are generous and accommodating. Every single member of the team was professional, kind, and helpful.
The rooms are a little grim - small and with no nice touches. It felt like staying in a much cheaper hotel room. The slippers looked sad and old. The shower was difficult to use and didn't heat up well. The room was tremendously cold. The provision in the executive lounge was depressing. Dried out meatballs. No allergen information. I should be able to know what is vegetarian and what contains gluten. There was no bottled water in the lounge either.
