2nd time here, would certainly return, amazing food and staff and leisure facilities were nice
The bed in 220 desperately needs replaced. You can’t breathe without it squeaking. The whole family would be awake all night with it.
Also the windows being open in the restaurant, the breeze was lovely but we were covered in midgies. Couldn’t wait to be finished our dinner.

Room excellent even if slightly tired, curtain rail unhooked at one end but easily fixed. Shower old but worked very well. Flooring again worn but well maintained.
Breakfast absolute disaster , for the money paid for hotel this was an utter joke of a buffet , on par with a travelodge. Bacon dire , sausages no way Scottish in any way. Very very poor.

Swimming Pool was the highlight
The staff not very welcoming at reception when checking in and out, didn’t find the staff overly attentive at all. The breakfast wasn’t the best either, flies in the milk. With it being the Buffett style some food wasn’t hot either.
