We stayed for a wedding, it was very convenient for us, everything is a short walk, the staff were friendly, I liked the animal section, the breakfast was very good and rooms nice.
We called in advance to see if we could check in earlier because of the wedding and were told we should have booked the day before if we wanted to have sufficient time; all that was needed was to say they would try their best but that we could also pay a fee if we wanted a guaranteed earlier time.

So welcoming and helpful. Traveling just yourself with a toddler can be quite daunting but they really made it easy. Staff were so friendly to not just myself but my but young daughter also

Clean, modern and welcoming, with restaurant on site with bar
Music from the bar can be heard from the rooms in the main property. So if you want a early night be prepared to hear noise from the bar area

Very good wedding venue. Food was exceptional
Bar staff were horrendous. Very overpriced. Security deposit taken 3 days before arrival and then a 7 day period to refund is borderline extortion.
