We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment from a twin single apartment. The staff were very helpful. The location was on the next block to Museum Station. Shops and eateries were close by. Wish I'd stayed longer than 1night.
Coffee pods were on the strong side for me. A quick guide to the AC control panel would have been handy and placed neat the AC panel showing which zones to use. There may have been directions online, but at my age, I prefer hard copy. There seemed to be an iron, but no ironing board. Also no extra blankets....that we could find.

Loved the location. It is close to the train station, opera house, it’s very centralised. Second time staying here.
We had a leak in the bathroom and told the reception about the issue and the moved us straight away to another room after it was checked my maintenance team. Appreciate their concerns.

The location was good. Close to everything.
We weren't supplied with tea or coffee. No fan in the bedroom. So noisy with traffic that we couldn't sleep with the windows open. The aircon was noisy. Glad we didn't stay in the summer
