Location, breakfast, bed and shower all good. Nice outlook over garden. Excellent On site car parking.
Front desk and breakfast staff did not greet or engage with us at any stage. Engagement felt functional rather than welcoming and helpful.

The reception staff was extremely helpful, the reception team does not wear name badges.
I did not like my first room 226 did not have walking in shower and I had to upgrade to a deluxe room which had a walk-in shower it was much better than the previous room.

Excellent location and good complimentary breakfast. The rooms with a patio are lovely.
We stayed for 10 days and found the lack of storage space an issue. No where to put close. Also no where to put shower utensils just on floor.
