Beautiful hotel with great facilities, large room with plenty of cupboards.Good breakfast.
There was a long queue to check into the hotel. The lady that checked us in was very nice but she was working on her own.

Good breakfast. Pool area was great. Room was big and good value for money.
Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Plastic grips on bath and shower, although a good idea for safety, could have done with some bleach as were discoloured and unpleasant to stand on.

No coffee in the rooms, HUGE disappointment that there was tea but no coffee. Loved the check in staff, bartender was lacking customer service skills waited for quite some time for service as he was busy talking to the reception desk , literally had to ask if there was a bartender available . Great food in the restaurant and great restaurant staff. I would return for the restaurant alone.
