the hotel seems to be part of the castelo and is near to the city centre.
via booking there was an additional extra mentioned as "Unlimited spa access", but there was nothing special or in addition in regard of my reservation. The SPA area was closed and reserved for additional treatment like massage etc., so no additional extra. This is misleading and should be clarified between Booking.com and the hotel. I got the normal usage as for standard reservation. The in-house pool at the lower level (-1) in the building could be improved in terms of light, music, general appearance to make it more pleasant experience. The towels the hotel hands out only in exchange for a card (to prevent theft) are small and of poor quality—nobody would steal them anyway, so what’s the point of the cards?

The room was clean. Beautiful view.
There's a wine barrel tub in the room, that did not drain. The shower does not have a door, so water did spill out into the bathroom floor. I think they only have 1 iron in the hotel, because I needed 1 and so did my parents (in a different room) and we had to share. Also, Bolt and Uber does not go up there, so Taxi is your main transport. And I think hotel use this 1 taxi guy (hotel called him for us 3 time)....and this guy charged $5 euros more. He up-charged you.
