O atendimento foi 5 estrelas, a funcionária que lá estava foi super atenciosa. A localização também é muito boa e o hotel é visualmente muito agradável. Boa casa de banho, deu para tomar um excelente banho. Tinha uma varanda com uma vista agradável e, como havia o festival Rock & Dão, estivemos a ouvir alguns concertos lá, a um volume confortável. Para além disso, devido à meia maratona de viseu, as estradas imediatamente à frente do hotel iriam estar cortadas no nosso check out, mas o hotel tinha informação imediatamente disponível sobre onde poderíamos estacionar sem problema, era perto e correu tudo bem.
Tínhamos pedido um berço e não estava quando chegamos, mas isso foi resolvido. No nosso quarto tinha um espelho com uma parte partida (sei que a substituição deve ser demorada e custosa, mas fica na memória a imagem).Não sendo uma grande crítica, o pequeno almoço era bom mas não excelente.

Un hôtel situé en périphérie du centre mais à proximité à pieds de tous les commerces et restaurants. Possible d'accès et à trouver. Petit déjeuner très bien. Ça fait pas!
Le parking de l'hôtel est un tout petit peu juste.

Fint moderne hotel med fornuftig beliggenhed i forhold til centrum af byen. Pænt værelse med lille altan. Fint badeværelse og meget komfortable senge. Morgenmaden var rimelig god. Personalet var venligt med ikke ret gode til engelsk.

Bom pequeno-almoço e quarto com boas condições
A limpeza dos quartos começou bem antes das 8 horas da manhã e fui acordada com o barulho da mesma. A limpeza deveria ser programada de forma a não interferir com o descanso dos hóspedes, principalmente num fim-de-semana
