Demasiado o preço pela qualidade do hotel. Hotel não tem muita variedade e serviço é péssimo. Os quartos são velhos. A zona da piscina está cheia de moscas e a relva em mau estado. Não é confortável. Preço demasiado alto para o grau de qualidade do hotel.

Lovely rural setting, close to Alcobaca and only 15min drive from Nazare. Also, nice pottery shops nearby. The hotel is beautiful, with attractive décor, and our suite was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The facilities were clean and of a good standard, and one of the staff, who spoke excellent English and French, was very professional helpful and friendly.
It was very difficult to book the hotel’s services and everything including the breakfast timeslot, dinner, massage and thermal spa timeslot has to be booked in advance. The hotel's online registration form did not allow bookings to be confirmed, I received no response, and when I tried calling to book a massage, nobody answered. By the time we arrived, the dinner, massage and spa times that suited us were fully booked. I only managed to enjoy the thermal spa once during a 3 night stay. We were also disappointed to discover that the spa was only for adults and children over 12, which was not stated on Booking.com so we could not enjoy the experience as a family. Finally, with the exception of the one receptionist who was very nice, I found the staff to be decidedly cold and unsmiling. They were capable, but it was not a pleasure to be served by them - I felt like it was an imposition every time.
