The lobby was warm and welcoming with plenty of seating. The staff were also lovely and helpful. When we got to the room, it was clean and comfortable.
There was a great selection for breakfast, but buffet breakfasts always tend to be a slight bit cold. Nature of buffets really.

The view from our Classic King Size room was a stone wall and service ducts within 1m away.
There was no separate shower only over the bath.
There was a constant humming noise.
The Rooms and corridors were very dark.
