Very central location. you can walk very easy to walk to the city center.
they provide very good breakfast.
there is free parking (which is great) and quite a few spaces, however I can get busy. The owners do everything to help with your car.

It was a 10 min walk to the city center. The Irish breakfast was delicious. Staff were very hospitable. Has on site parking.
We were at the lower level near reception and the dining hall. It was a bit noisy during check in and breakfast times. The bathroom was very tiny and felt so constricted moving in the shower. It was okay for us since it was just a one night stay. I don’t know if I can tolerate longer.

The location, helpful staff and good breakfast. Sheets clean and beds made and rooms serviced daily.
Rooms were small, tired and in need of renovation. Hard mattress, pillows flat and hard. Towels old and thin. Water escaping on floor from shower. English breakfast buffet not very hot.
