Good location. Cleaning staff went above and beyond.
Hot water and water pressure was poor. Lack of drop off area for baggage a nuisance.

Brea fast wonderful. The best! The great staff made it perfect. Location was perfect for our needs.
If I must find one unlikable quality, it was the elevator door that closed too quickly for a senior with luggage. But we adjusted to that eventually.

Location was great and bed was very comfortable.
Very expensive for a very basic hotel. We booked a twin room but room was set up as a double and was so small that the beds couldn’t really be pulled apart. When I queried this with the night staff, they were flippant and cheeky. We were too tired to argue. Breakfast was included and was average. Food was cold in the Bain Marie by the time we had breakfast. At checkout when we mentioned the lack of a twin room, they were flippant receptionist offered us coffee etc to compensate but we’d already had breakfast. But at least she tried !
