Room and bed were large and comfortable. Spacious bathroom.
Expensive not to include any breakfast. Difficult junction to access entrance.
Too far out.
Poor bathroom lighting giving shadows when using mirror

The bed was so comfortable. The room was spacious. I liked the safe in the room to store passports and extra cash. The air conditioning worked well and so the room was very comfortable.
It’s not a huge deal, but it’s on a busy road. It’s an easy 20 minute walk to downtown.

Customer service from point of arrival was very good. May I add 45 min prior to arrival I got a call as there seemingly was an issue with the roo. Which I had originally booked .I asked the staff member to come up with a satisfactory resolution and to call me back promptly because I was at that point on my way to the hotel. She did call me back 10 minutes later with an upgraded room and when I arrived I received voucher from the receptionist for the bar as a good gesture. So all in all I was happy with the service, my stay and also the breakfast was nice I couldn't personally fault it. And I most definitely would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again.
