The location was great, quiet street away from city center traffic. Yet still very close to all local attractions. Breakfast was great, plentiful and tasty. Staff was very nice and attentive. Vinny was the staff member on site when I checked in and was kind, accommodating, and very helpful when instructing me about the public transit nearby.

The location was close enough to the centre if you're happy to walk up and down the hill. The breakfast for €10 was excellent, with fresh rock cakes and croissants. The staff were friendly.
The twin room we booked was tiny, with a minute ensuite. It was adequate for 2 nights only. The room was at the front of the property facing the road, so quite noisy at night.

It is a B&B place. Only 4 parking spots available and the rest park in front of the house.
Some rooms have a slanted attic ceiling.
