Bel emplacement pour les noctambules

Très propre et confortable. Personnel sympathique.

Seul bémol : le bruit dans la rue car c'est un quartier très animé l'été. Là, au printemps déjà du bruit. Je n'ose imaginer en pleine saison...

it’s on a noisy street and we were kept awake all night (room 2) by loud drinkers & then cleaning machines/waste removal also, strangely I shower curtain so flooded the bathroom

Very cosy, friendly people, rooms bigger than average in town)

The breakfast lacks quality and diversity. And as the place is in one of the central streets - it is reasonably loud.

Great location and friendly staff, beautiful decoration.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and it's always been lovely, unfortunately things were looking a little tired this time, but unsure if this is due to it being the end of the session. The pool and downstairs areas look like they could do with a clean. 3 of us were in the room and on the booking but we only had facilities for 2, ie cups and glasses! Also had to ask for toilet roll and wasn't replaced. We had an issue with ants in the room.

Guy on the desk couldn’t have been more polite or helpful.

Location is great in one sense as it’s so central but you will get very little sleep if you’re in a room to the front of the hotel. We had read warnings from previous posts but hadn’t realised that the street noise would still go on at 3/4/5.00 am. It’s an okay stay if you’re to the rear of the hotel but insist on such a room before you book.

Perfect hotel to stay at in Juan Les Pins.

We stayed in a great room. The room was large with a king size bed and a double bed. Each room has a theme. Our room had a carousel horse in it. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Juan Les Pins close to the beach and restaurants. It's very loud outside of the hotel at night but you can't hear the noise in your room. The windows are very thick. The staff who work at the hotel are very nice and helpful when you need anything.

Lovely little hotel with wonderful staff! I wish I could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend it!

Friendly staff, cleanliness, location.. everything was great! Bed was super comfortable.

There could be some nice background music in the pool area.

nice hotel located close to beach but also too close to nightlife spots if you’re a light sleeper

clean hotel room comfortable, staff were nice.

hotel rooms are above a busy strip of restaurants and bars. it can be noisy from 7 am to 3 am.

beautiful, unusual, bright interiors with attention to every detail, comfy bedding, great shower, coffee, tea and water in the room, perfect location, friendly personnel. overall perfect experience.

it might get noisy, ask for the room facing inner yard.

Good location - close to the main strip near the beach. Restaurants at the doorsteps of the hotel. Got a free upgrade in the room which was nice at arrival.

Quirky smell and decor in the hotel room (although this is personal preference).

Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of the center

Lovely decorated hotel with a good location close to the beach and restaurants. The pool area was also cute and relaxed. The breakfast was good, only the choice for eggs could have been better. We had only one setback when two cuddle toys disappeared from the bed with the cleaning.. Although the owners did everything they could to try to retrieve it (search through the laundry, ask the cleaning lady, the laundry company..) they did not take any responsibilty for what happened nor they gave any compensation for the sleepness night we had and the new cuddle toys we had to buy to make our son happy again.. For the rest we had a great stay but this part was a nasty experience!

Exceptional

I have stayed in many hotels in Juan over the last 20 years. This was by far the best. The rooms were comfortable, there were quirky designs and extremely comfortable beds. Alexandra was great, dealt with my every needs and the price I thought was very fair. I will be coming back here from now on, there are plenty of different styled rooms which I intend on exploring.

Can’t say I disliked anything, and that’s rare for me.

Unfortunately this was not a very pleasant stay

The Hotel is run by 2 people, and even though you can tell that they try hard to make the guests feel welcome, this hotel just isn‘t worthy of 4 stars and we don‘t understand the good ratings it has.

1) The Wifi was HORRIBLE, it was impossible to use it 2) This is the NOISIEST Hotel we‘ve ever been! Windows are really thin and the hotel is located in a street full of restaurants & bars where people scream until 3 in the morning! 3)Our shower didn‘t have a curtain, so the whole bathroom was wet when you took a shower and the shower head was very old and not adjustable. 4)The pool area closes already at 19:00h!! Which is a shame because we didn‘t have a balcony so after 19h there is no possibility to relax outside 5) The whole area is a TOURIST TRAP in August, DO NOT come here in August if you want a place to relax! 5) When we asked for a water bottle when we left, the lady charged us with 4€, which we think was a bad sign for their hospitality (but that‘s a very minor detail)
