Lovely staff and wonderful breakfast in a beautiful garden by the pool.
The only thing spoiled it for us was the Jungle bar directly outside with loud music playing until the early hours.

Great location - only a few mins walk to the beach, in the middle of a restaurant and bar district with lots of options, close to shops and an excellent bakery just up the road. 10mins to the train station for trips to other nearby towns like Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo.
Nice spacious rooms, cute pool and friendly staff. The place is in a pedestrianised road with lots of good restaurants and bars. The soundproofing on the windows is pretty good, but if you can’t sleep with some noise, this isn’t the place for you. If a bit of noise doesn’t bother you, you’ll have a great time.

nicely decorated and clean
it’s on a noisy street and we were kept awake all night (room 2) by loud drinkers & then cleaning machines/waste removal
also, strangely I shower curtain so flooded the bathroom
