The location is excellent, especially if you are travelling by train. The hotel is literally next to the railway station – as soon as you walk out of the station, it is right there. Despite being only about 50 metres from the railway tracks, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and we did not hear the trains at all.
The historic centre is about a 10-minute walk away.
The room was quite small, but the beds were very comfortable.
The hotel is also an excellent base for exploring Alsace and the wider border region. With the railway and bus stations right on your doorstep, several towns and cities in France, Germany and Switzerland can be reached in less than an hour. This makes it particularly convenient if you want to explore the region without a car.
I did not try the breakfast, but at €22 per person I thought it was rather expensive.
One less positive aspect was the rather mixed clientele and the atmosphere in some of the common areas. At times, some of the people spending time around the hotel made us feel slightly uneasy.

The location, shower, a/c and comfort of the beds were all excellent. The hotel was also very quiet even though it's right next to the train station.
The hotel is going through renovations, so things weren't altogether done. For example, our bathroom ceiling was missing a large panel and wires were hanging down.

Walk off the train station platform, it is that close. Breakfast exceptional. Every member of staff was alert, friendly and spoke english. If driving, the entrance to the konzert car park is outside the front entrance. The voucher they provide reduced my parking bill from 30 to 18 euros. Ask for their help.
A bit of renovation noise during the day but otherwise quiet and comfortable.

The location is absolutely great, right in downtown. Staff friendly, they do their best. Infrastructure not supporting. Breakfast was good with very serving and smiling staff.
No air conditioning, fridge not working, dehumidifier not really strong, two sockets not working, white sheets with some dots, in plain summer reaching 35C for a month and no air conditioning they use nordic covers, elevator under construction (only one in a 13th floor building), rooms small…
