It was extremely clean, breakfast was delicious and it had a huge variety. Staff were very friendly. Parking was very close by .

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days on a holiday and we would definitely stay here again. We were in a "Comfort Room" which is probably their polite name for their budget range, but it certainly lived up to its comfort name. We arrived late, but check-in was smooth and staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. The room was clean, very spacious and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. The spacious bathroom (shower not bath) was well-appointed with a strong flow of hot water. Their breakfast is a winner! The buffet is one of the best offerings I have encountered anywhere. It has just about everything you can think of for breakfast and it is fresh and well presented! It is a few minutes walk to the Altstadt and the Schlossberg so very well situated for tourists.
The WiFi was very slow when we arrived but was promptly attended to when I reported it... and then it was super-fast with multiple devices connected! Fair play to them - they were quick to fix my problem

The only thing I liked was the breakfast which wasn’t even in the Boutique building, it was in the Design building.
The sheets were not really clean, towels were quite old and thin, the room was very small, the parking was insuficient, so had to park elsewhere, the breakfast was in a different building.
