Room was very nice and spacious even with sofa bed set up. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. And as a bonus, our room looked out onto the Schlossberg and gave us a great view of the epic thunderstorm! Fantastic location for exploring Freiburg.
We weren’t able to use the screen sharing on the tv as only android enabled so another set up would be great.

Location and simplicity of car park and getting in and out of the room and hotel.
Bit small for the 3 of us and very hot overnight.

I loved the attention to comfort, the spacious shower, carpeted room, air conditioning and extra pillow available in the cupboard. Also, the location is perfect, right next to the old town, main street and taxis. There are many bars and restaurants just on the doorstep, and the hotel bar has a charming terrace.
The air conditioning was not very strong and since you had to be in the room with your card for it to work, it took a while for the room to cool down. It wasn't a huge issue.

Very short walk to old town. Clean bed and bathroom.
Located in an old, mostly abandoned mall above the public parking garage. Noted dust in lobby and corners of room. Outrageously expensive for what it is. We only stayed here because there were literally no other hotel room available in the city due to a music festival.
