It was relatively clean (few cobwebs, but I do not mind), great location- walkable to town centre, but far enough to have some peace and quiet. And on the doorstep of Black Forest. You can actually see it from the window!!! Amazing view. Extra big up to the waiter in the beer garden- what a sweetheart!
I had small stain on the bedsheets; I noticed it when I arrived, but I was too exhausted to do anything about it that day. However I asked the cleaners to change my bedding the next day. I left for the day the next day; when I returned, the beds were made, but the bedding was NOT changed. Same stain, same place. Ok, next day I also asked for bedding change. Again, we left for the day. After returning late in the evening, I found one bed was made, the other one was untouched, however no bedding was changed. After that I just gave up, but this is the bit that really was the issue for me.

Breakfast was fine and coffee was really nice but with only fried eggs for the cooked part it felt a little bit sparse

Friendly welcome.
Restaurant suggestion (which was very good) - Gasthaus Schule.
Happy colours in the bedroom.
Dogs allowed.
Nice breakfast.
The bed was very uncomfortable and duvets (two singles) much too small.
