Stunning and stylish room.
Breakfast staff are a bit unfriendly. There was no one serving my table and I noticed a waitress delivering coffees to another table. So I asked her to bring me a coffee. She strongly said no to me and that I should wait for service. Management should watch the breakfast staff

Everything is great!
The staff are friendly, the location is right at the center of old town and you can see the chapel bridge and Jesuit church. Also close to piers for ferry rides and the Luzern train station.
We just had a minor mishap with the television which was not working and we raised with the hotel staff on the 1st day. We just had 2 nights short stay which was a bit short and did not make it on time to fix it.

The staff is amazing, the entrance and lobby of the hotel are great.
The rooms are miniscule for the amount of money the cost. We booked 2 rooms with the same requirements and one was decent and the other one was about half the size, you could barely stand in front of the bed without touching the wall. The windows were broken, the bathroom door was a sliding door that did not shut. Very unpleasant.
