Location on the river is great. The hotel is positioned right at the end of the river walk where a lot of bistros and restaurants are so its convenient to everything. The balcony off the foyer looks over the river and Chapel Bridge. Spectacular to sit out on at night, or day. Staff were helpful and advised us on things to see and do while there.

The staff is amazing, the entrance and lobby of the hotel are great.
The rooms are miniscule for the amount of money the cost. We booked 2 rooms with the same requirements and one was decent and the other one was about half the size, you could barely stand in front of the bed without touching the wall. The windows were broken, the bathroom door was a sliding door that did not shut. Very unpleasant.
