The location is ideal for visiting and exploring Lucerne with quick access to so many attractions. The restaurant serves an awesome breakfast with seating provided indoors or outdoors overlooking the bridge/lake. So beautiful!
Staff gave great recommendations.
The Tuesday farmers market is just next to hotel- not to be missed by fruit lovers. The picture with rainbow was taken from my room (city view).
We stayed during moderately warm days so room was not very cool.

Great location close to station, lovely view overlooking the Lakeland wooden bridge and scenery
Because off hot weather the room was very hot, no A/C, so left the window open for air, and of course then it was noisy from people on the street.

Location and view from the balcony were amazing. overlooking the bridge and mountain backdrop, located in the oldtown area. plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.
This is our fault for not checking but there isnt any air-conditioning and with 30+ degree days, the rooms are HOT.
We were supplied with a single Dyson portable "fan" - a ceiling fan would've helped heaps.
The beds were uncomforatable.
