I had booked a triple room as I was with my parents. We got a corner room and 3 proper beds. The room was excellent! Location was really good too, and the hotel restaurants had quite good food too. Hotel was more upscale than my expectations (based on the pics I had seen online).
Breakfast buffet was not bad, but as vegetarians I hoped for a bit more options. Some of the staff were Indian so they were helpful in accommodating my parents needs (like super hot water for tea). The other thing was that everyday the breakfast was literally the same. But this seemed to be the case in ALL hotels we stayed at in Switzerland.

Good location, good space, clean bathroom
Wish the bathroom has doors, even you are family you don’t want to hear everything going on in there. 😂

Only the location.
Property is very much overpriced. Facilities were barely there. Staff is not at all good and seems rude. Not at all welcoming. Saturday nights are so noisy inside the room as well due to their penthouse disco.
