Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice and staff were helpful. Property provides free ticket for public transport for duration of stay.
Further out from the main area of town however bus stop is located right outside of the property so it’s fairly easy to get into town, just too far to walk.

Large spacious room with a beautiful view of Lake Lucerne .
First week of September seems to be end of season already… no sign of activity at the beach club at all ..infact the name is abit misleading ..breakfast was relatively good.

Spacious, clean room and nice public areas. Property is conveniently located on bus line 11 minutes from town. We loved the use of water amenities (kayak, paddle boards, etc). Staff was friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was very good.
The hotel lay-out (walking from one building to another) is a bit clumsy but not a deal breaker. One day we arrived back at hotel hungry for snack to hold us before dinner but only usual food available (Beach Club snack bar) was closed due to private party and there were no other options.
