Great location,great room, great view. AC worked well. Bed was comfortable. Nice hotel restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Nice breakfast.
We arrived earl AM. The hotel stored the luggage and we came back after 5 PM, well after the room was ready. It would have been nice if they had moved the luggage to our room prior to our return and as soon as our room was ready. It was a small inconvinience.

The view on the Lake is absolutely stunning. The hotel is well designed integrating the old building with the newer one. We appreciated the style and the amenities in our room (amazing sound system, Bluetooth, different fragrances for bath and so on). The restaurant is truly charming and food is very well prepared and served.
The gym might be wider but in the end it was worki by well.

The hotel was in a great location and beautiful. People that worked there were very friendly and helpful. The details of the building were so beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean and extravagant. Loved the views of Lake Lucerne.
